The OptimistFi MCP server.
The judgment layer for AI investing. Point any MCP client at one endpoint — no key — and it reasons about US stocks the way an analyst does: from a dated, sourced investment thesis, not a pile of raw numbers.

Layer 5 · Judgment
The judgment layer, not another data feed.
Prices, filings and fundamentals are a commodity — every assistant can already pull them. What it can't pull is judgment: whether a company is worth owning, and why. OptimistFi is that layer. On top of the data sits a dated investment thesis for every US stock — what has to be true for the case to work, whether the evidence still supports it, and what would break it.
- A thesis, not a dumpA standing case with testable claims and a verdict — Holding, Strengthening, or Weakening.
- Every claim is sourcedGrounded in primary SEC filings and returned with the citation. No unsourced opinion.
- It flags what breaksThesis-break signals fire when the fundamentals move against a claim — not when the price does.

What comes back
One question. A sourced verdict.
An assistant calls a single intent-level tool and gets a reasoned, cited case back — the same surface a reader sees on optimistfi.com. This is a real thesis, condensed.
Does the NVIDIA thesis still hold?

- Compare AMD and NVDA on the dimensions the thesis turns on.
- Show the recent SEC filings and material events for Eli Lilly.
